Smuz ''For breakfast'' Products: 1 glass of milk 2 tablespoons of oat flakes (quickly made or can be made in advance) 1 banana 1 tablespoon of honey Preparation: In the blender we pour 1 glass of milk, we cut banana on circles and we put it in the blender, later we add 2 tablespoons of oat flakes and we put 1 tablespoon of honey. We turn on the blender and everything mixes. The smuza is enough it for 2 cups. (in one portion about 160 kcal)
