  • 00:00: Hello everyone!!! Today we will make CRUFFINS It’s absolutely new Dessert that starting to be very popular This unique dessert was created in USA It is a hybrid of croissant and muffin Cruffins are made of yeast pastry dough Cruffins will be very beautiful and tasty
  • 00:31: and you can use any stuffing for Cruffins Today I will use strawberry jam Look at Cruffins crunchy on top and inside you can see beautiful layers of yeast pastry dough and a lot of jam

  • 01:31: Very tasty!!! more sweet then croissant And very delicious !! You have to make this new dessert Cruffins
  • 02:01: to make Cruffins you have to make yeast dough we need 300g flour 50g melted unsalted butter 6g dry yeast 50g sugar I am using brown sugar, can use any kind 140ml warm water (35-38 Celsius)
  • 02:34: 1/2 tea spoon salt for yeast dough 125g unsalted butter butter should be soft(room temperature) Start to add in warm water 1 tablespoon of sugar and yeast
  • 03:04: mix Leave the mixture for 10 minutes till the mixture will rise meanwhile we sift flour
  • 03:34: I always sift flour while making any cakes add sugar to flour and salt and mix
  • 04:06: yeast have rise means add mixture into flour and start knead dough
  • 04:36: now I add butter combine everything combine everything start in a bowl and then on the table dough will be thick have knead it very well
  • 05:07: put it together
  • 05:37: and start to knead dough on the table it will take around 10min add flour if needed
  • 06:08: knead dough and it have to become very smooth and its have to be not sticky if you didn’t knead dough enough the layers will break knead at least 10 minutes
  • 06:39: croissants recipe you can check on my channel I finished kneading dough I got very soft and smooth dough absolutely not stick
  • 07:10: lets check dough stretch it near the edge so you can see the light stretch the dough shouldn’t break if it breaks means you didn’t knead dough enough that’s very important
  • 07:41: dough have to unroll very easy slush the bowl with butter put the dough and cover with cling film and leave it in warm place
  • 08:16: for 40-45 minutes the dough must grow and double it size after 45 minutes the dough double it size
  • 08:48: Now we separate dough on 6 equal parts
  • 09:19: cover each part with cling film and leave it
  • 09:49: for 10 minutes now dough will be easier to unroll now you can unroll it sprinkle flour on the table and dough
