  • 00:00: HOMEMADE TARTAR SAUCE French tartar sauce is very popular throughout the world. Its easy to prepare at home. You do not need any complex ingredients. For this recipe take 4 hard-boiled eggs, 200 ml of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp mustard, salt, spices and green onions. You can add in the sauce parsley, pickles, olives or capers. We need to chop the eggs.
  • 00:35: Separate the yolks from the whites. Whites and yolks will be grind separately. Yolks can be rubbed through a sieve or grater. Whites can be chopped with a knife. Finish.
